On-Site Employee Chair Massage:
(2 hour minimum required at on-site location) Let our professional therapists visit your company and provide 10-15 min chair massage sessions for your staff.
Effectively show your staff appreciation by utilizing this therapy to relieve stress, re-energize and contribute to their wellness.

Appointments: Operating hours are Monday – Saturday. Appointments are required for all massage therapy sessions. On your first visit, we will ask for a credit card or home mailing address to hold your appointment. We will ask you to observe our 24 hour cancellation policy to insure the integrity of the clinic and avoid charges for missed appointments.
Check In & Payment: Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out or update medical information. Payment for services can be made with Master Card, Visa, cash, local checks, gift certificates, or pre-authorized insurance. Prices, services and hours of operation are subject to change without prior notice. Please silence cellular phones and portable electronic / communication equipment upon entering the clinic.
Insurance Patients: We accept and bill Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Colorado (and other private insurance companies), Workers' Compensation Insurance and some Auto Accident Insurance Claims (with medical payment coverage). Pre-authorization, pre-approval of Massage Therapy Benefits, Physician Referral RX, and case/claim review may be needed before your first visit. Any co-pay toward session or deductable is due at time of medical service. Cancellation policy will apply to insurance patients. Please pre-verify Massage Therapy Benefits (procedure code: 97124) before you contact our clinic by contacting your Insurance Carrier or your Human Resources Department. Patients are ultimately responsible for payment in full for medical bills incurred on their behalf. Aria Therapeutics reserves the right to obtain credit card information to pay for care in the event that an insurance claim is not valid or denied.
Cancellation Policy: Because time and a therapist are reserved especially for your care, we ask that you cancel or re-schedule your appointment with 24 hours advanced notice. If you cancel your appointment after the 24 hour allowance or no-show a scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled session. Consideration will be given for true emergencies. Thank you for your efforts to help maintain high standards of patient care and the integrity of the clinic.
Late Arrivals: We will hold your appointment for 15 minutes after its scheduled start time. Late arrivals will receive the balance of the time remaining for their session and charged in full. If you are late, we will do our best to provide an excellent session with our remaining time. High standards of patient care depend upon equal treatment and consideration; therefore sessions must begin and end on time.
Gift Certificates: Gift certificates provide the perfect avenue to wellness and are always appreciated. Certificates can be purchased for any amount in the clinic or over the phone. There are no refunds on gift certificates. Gift certificates must be presented at time of service. Certificates are great for Birthdays, Anniversarys, Holidays or to celebrate a friend or special occasion.
